Hi Kevin,
It's all genuine Fender parts although some are newer than others :
The neck is the original '77 neck I bought off a friend in 1986 for £30.00, and after it being on a cheap copy body I finally got hold of a brand new American Fender 70's reissue Ash body in December 2006 to replace the cheap body and fitted a vintage fender bridge, and 1970's pickups, the controls and switch are all new as is the scratchplate.
It sounds great and the 3 bolt micro tilt neck fixing is solid.
If anybody asks about it they get told the above..

Hi Ron, That's why I posted it cos it looked like yours. Apart from the gold bits!! Here's another Home assembled one made from mexican parts: One great thing about having the pictures on a seperate site they don't fill your group storage space up and you can leave them on as long as you want. I forgot to say the sunburst guitar has Tone Rider Pure Vintage pickups fitted.
The Burns is a nice colour Ron.
