Hi everyone, This will be my first post on this site so I hope it's one you'll like. It's a number that I've been playing for years, but only just got around to recording last Wednesday, while Derek Kerner & I were doing our version of the 'Crying Game' .... This is something recorded by The Rapiers back about 1986, and I thought you might like a listen . Played on the Anniversary Marvin, and all mixing etc. done by DK. (thanks mate!) I hope you like - 'The Closing Theme'

Hello Tony What a big surprise! I recorded and posted this nice ballad some years ago ...I remember when I asked to Mathieu Laats(Belgium) to create the backing track for me...he was so good to me I'm not sure, but I suppose someone performed it with orchestra and human whistle, before The Rapiers I like so much this tune and you have made an excellent version Many Compliments & Bravo...a great post Best Regards Sal

Hi to Salvo, Bo, Chris & Ian. Glad you all liked this number, It's been one of my favourites ever since I heard Colin and the boys play it onstage, one year at Shadowmania, so thanks for the good comments, they are appreciated.

Hi Lou, Rosemary & Neil, Thanks for the welcome and the nice reviews, I'm glad you liked it and found it a good listen, it's a lovely little number and very enjoyable to play. I'm also told the Rapiers still include it in their programme from time to time.

Hi Tony
Well done, mate. It's very pleasant on the ear and sounds even better than the live version you play at Watford!
Cheers.
