Hi Charlie, first of all, I am so impressed with the sounds and the build quality, I think someone said, " it's built like tank, so robust, and built in England " so very true And patriotic. Yes the Echo sound are, to my novice ears, perfect, so different to the Quadroverb and Magicstomp. I have just been trying it out tonight, for a couple of hours, Best not neglect the other half, after all she has paid for it, ( I love her ). Played Apache, Kontiki, Man of Mystery, shindig all the favs, just brilliant. I guess in time I will learn to edit patches and maybe invent some of my own Echo sounds, now why did you have to mention that four letter word, ( w-rk ) as it goes I rather enjoy my work Charlie, ( I am a Plumber, No I am not rich, but working on it ) thank's again Charlie, regards Trevor

Hi Trevor, Thanks for your feedback, and I am glad to know you are pleased with it. Also I am quite impressed that you do hear the difference between it and the other units. I promise I won't mention any four letter word again! Regards, Charlie

Hello Charlie, how refreshing for someone to actually deliver ALL that they promise, The new H&C unit is literally head and shoulders above the Magic Stomp, I never would have believed it without hearing it for myself on exactly the same set-up, as we know the MS is a great little unit and I must admit to feeling some trepidation when I first plugged in but that proved groundless on playing the first couple of bars:
The build quality is superb, both attractive and extremely robust, the quality can even be felt when operating the up and down foot switches ( no nasty grating feeling )
Your choice of supply and distribution company was perfect, they were so very professional whilst conducting business,
In conclusion, my cup runneth over and I for one want to thank you for supplying such a marvellous piece of equipment.
Regards and respect, Frank.

Hi Charlie, just a thought, which I guess you already have done, but here goes, have you got everyone's serial number matched to each person who bought one, even two of your units, if not, is this something you will be doing, I guess, thinking about it, Derek at Electromech has these details, only asking because I know you did this when people acquired a Quad/Magicstomp. Regards Trevor.

Hi Trevor, Derek has a list with the serial numbers allocated to each customer. He sends me a copy at intervals but my latest copy is a few days old. I don't have a real need for keeping a record of serial numbers like I did with EFTP programmed units as the Hall & Collins Signature Echo patches cannot usefully be used for anything else, although I should always be kept reasonably up to date with the serial numbers anyway. Regards, Charlie

I don't have a HC ECHO UNIT but reading all the great comments about how Charlie/John have delivered all the things they have promised, perhaps they should turn there hand to politics. They would be the FIRST politicians that did what they promised!!

We'd have to tread cautiously - it wouldn't do to give politicians a good name........

Hi all, unpacked mine and it is so well made, it's bomb proof, it will stand many years on the road, had a little go and found it easy to store the patches even though I'm useless at these things, now the sound, it's great, worth every penny, why buy a Meazzi?, I can't wait to have a really good session with it, well done to both of you for a great project, Regards, Brian.

Hi y'all ! My HCSE unit is no. 180, and will be delivered on Tuesday, during a specific 1 hour slot to be emailed to me. Excellent logistics support system eh! The Bank Holiday has delayed it a day. Tarsome! No worries; gives me time to add the tassels to the (Fiesta) red cushion on which it will reside! Seriously, I've got my eye on an aluminium attaché case with foam at Maplin for it. You can cut the foam to fit your particular treasure(s). What fun! The game is on! Milko
