Coincidently my eye fell on the number of visitors of my sound files in this tread 2600 wow!! I don't know what to say, I'm kinda flabbergasted... Who could predict that when I posted my Apache and later Witch Doctor and Cavatina in this thread, it would be visited by such a large amount of people. Reading the comment Mick made, some of the visitors listen more then once apparently. I'm honoured and pleasantly surprised that my humble playing seems to be good enough to entertain others! Anyway I hope lots of people will join the previous listeners and enjoy my sound and playing for times to come. Thank You!!!
Cheers Rob

Hi istvan,
Thanks for the gratulation ! 2700 past already blimey...perhaps 3000 is possible in the future, who knows? I rarely publish my recordings because I'm not that great player. I'm just glad I can prevent my guitar hitting the ground when I'm holding it while playing,as a figure of speaking!
Cheers Rob

Hi Woody, Thanks really appreciated! Hi Kay, Thank you so very much for your more then kind words about my sound and playing. You mentioned a great sounding strat....errr which one? I used on all 3 tunes in this thread a different one... Apache was done on a genuine original 58 f red strat with 14-62 strings (nowadays 13-56) Witch Doctor was done on a genuine original slabboard 60 strat also f red with 14-62 and now also 13-56 strings. Cavatina was done on a genuine original 1970 maple neck in black (exactly the same as Hanks) with 11-52 strings. Anyway again for the compliments Kay Cheers Rob

Hi Kay, That makes sense indeed. Funny enough on that recording, no tube was used neither a amp. It was a strat,H&CSE,AcTone pedal, recorder, with the BT already on it. Cheers Rob

Hi Folks,
Coincidently my eye fell on the number of visitors of my sound files in this tread passed 5000 wow blimey!! I don't know what to say, I'm kinda flabbergasted... I couldn't predict that, when I posted my Apache and later Witch Doctor and Cavatina in this thread, it would be visited by such a large amount of people. Comments are made,so the conclusion is... some of the visitors listen more then once apparently by a 1000 each half year. I'm still very honoured and pleasantly surprised that my humble playing seems to be good enough to entertain others! Anyway I hope lots of people will join the previous listeners and enjoy my sound and playing for times to come. Thank You!!!
Cheers Rob
