Am wondering if it is possible to get even close to the "Hank Marvin" sound, using my Boss GT100 Any help would be so much appreciated...

I think you'll be lucky, Boss units are excellent but they don't do multi tap echoes for a start.

Yeah zoom units do the multi tap , I have a GT 100 that does two echoes but doesn’t do the rhythmic thing . I had a Kong unit years ago that had a good multi tap like a Meazzi but you couldn’t make taps louder than others only turn them off Matthew

It will get you close it just wont get you entirely accurate echo timings.
Vox ac30 or 15 model setting and a multi tap delay setting a good starting point but use your ears and you will get something perfectly adequate
