I have created a problem, hope it can be resolved. I was playing in my studio, and I went to change to Prog. 05 on my Q2, I turned the knob to select and slipped .... so not seeing which programme I had selected, I stupidly started pressing some of the other control buttons, so I turned the thumb wheel back to Prog. 05, and now I have some out of space sound also on Prog 06 and having tried to regain the setting, I seem to be getting deeper into trouble. In all the years I have had my Q2, I have never adjusted anything, other than just to select the programme, and I am certainly not savvy with any echo/delay unit. Can anyone help me .. is there a reset procedure I can do, all the other programmes are fine. Cheers Colin

Hi Colin, To re-initialize the unit Hold down The program and compare buttons on front Both must be held in, while holding them in turn unit power on. This should reset default settings Good luck. Cheers Les.

A soft reset will reset the unit without changing or erasing the patches. A hard reset will rest the unit and erase all USER patches. Only the factory Preset patches remain permanent. Regards, Charlie

Switch off the Q2 with the power button. Press and hold down both the PROGRAM and COMPARE buttons and NO OTHER BUTTONS, switch the Q2 back on. Wait until you see the default Preset patch Concert Hall, then release the two buttons. Then see what you have. I don't think it will fix your problem though. Regards, Charlie

Hi colin, They are only unavailable to units that did not already have them. Please contact by PM through this site with the serial number of your Q2. Regards, Charlie
