Hi Guys, Well cast you mind back to somewhere around early last year.....I think Do you remember I broke my wrist......Yup I did it again ....same wrist same place but this time lot more painful (using and picking my words very carefully here, as this is public) so what with the fingers and now this again seems you will be treated to a large dose of back catalogue Sorry guys for boring you with all this old stuff unless you tell me to be quiet, anyway I will still look in and stuff but the typing will be slow and possible lots of spelling mistakes
What are you doing ? !! ----- How did you do it this time ?
I am totally lost for words .... you must be the unluckiest one around !
I am sure no one will mind the oldie reposts but go easy on the typos !!
Take even more care

Hello Kay, How have you done this again Kay, you are so very unlucky to have done this twice. I’m stating the obvious here but it must be painful and restrictive for you once again. What has the doctors said this time, I hope the prognosis is good and you make a speedy recovery, take care and keep us updated with you progress, Trev.
Hi Chris, well ive gone from Dumb Blonde to Dumb Redhead, ill try to keep the repeats to the bare minimum thanks for your thought Chris best wishes Kay
Hi Phil, Yeah I know, call me what you like, Ive called myself worse today, and i wasn't drunk, if i was, i would have probably got away with it Thanks for your thought Phil best wishes Kay
Hi Matthew, well I slipped and put out my hand to stop myself falling, but as this was a recent break , and landing on the same hand again with a wrist that has a weak bone repair from last time,it didnt take much to snap it again Thanks Matthew Best wishes Kay
Hi Derek, as to how, please see above description, from now on I gonna have to be really careful I can't see this taking another break or that'll be my lot, I think they have more pictures of my bones, that i have bones I should get a loyalty card. ive broken more bones that you can shake a stick at..........oh no not you again..... thank you again for all your support best wishes Kay
Hi Trevor, Same as last time i think, slipped and tried to stop the fall, cant do anything really except immobilize the wrist again and take lots of Pain killers and i can only take paracetamol as I am Diabetic and anything else could cause problems I think all will be well if i don't push my recovery luck too much Thanks Trevor really kind of you best wishes Kay
Hi Charlie, Yes Again ........this time I still slipped but it was on my running machine (treadmill ,my dumb fault I was running in bare feet ) and they are a hard thing to fall on have to get one made from marshmallows, thanks for your kind thoughts
Hi Kay So sorry to hear this bad news You seem to be having a lot of luck Kay but all of it is bad .Who said lightning does not strike twice did you have a fall Take care and keep us all up to date with your recovery Cheers John
Hi John, As the old saying goes if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all, As I said to Charlie...my fault.... running on my treadmill without shoes on, thought I had trodden on something ,lifted my foot and slipped, put out my hand and........... break no 2 same wrist same place at least the safety switch worked and stopped the thing.
thanks for your kind thought John really appreciate that
Don't know if this helps Kay but I've gotten out of a couple of situations in the past by doing a quick shoulder roll. One was my first ride on a horse, turned out to be a thoroughbred, took off like lightning and i felt myself quickly falling to the right, managed to 'roll' over my shoulder into the grass rather than full on dead stop situation. If you find yourself in another fall situation pull your forearm and shoulder forward to divert the impact. Needs quick thinking of course, not easy. P.S. That was also the last time I got on a horse !
