Now after 6 day of no "studio" work do to the wonderful CV 19 bug am now back before the DAW, still not 100% but seeing how today goes before Ive had enough and sure all those who have this bug know its a real PITA, and am really gratefull to those clever bods who gave me a vaccine that probably kept me alive if I hadnt had all the jabs offered.

Sounds like you had a rough time. Test line will probably appear more faint over 2 or 3 days as it improves. I was told yesterday that a faint line means the virus is still there but inactive, or some such word with a similar meaning. I had Covid about a month ago but felt like a cold with mild sore throat and mild occasional headaches. I think I was lucky even though I had had the vax. Regards, Charlie

Yeh it affects people different ways, my wife has now got it unsurprisngly but not as bad as I had it and her test was only a faint line. My line was apsolutely solid and appeared within a minute of dropping the solution on the tester.

I hope that you didn't have a touch of the dreaded "Man Flu" as well Mike, if you did then no wonder you had it much worse than your wife. I hope that you make a full recovery soon

Can't help wondering if we should be grateful for all the vaxes, or be demanding answers why so many STILL ended up coming down with CV after having all the vaccinations to ward it off. Doesn't sound too pleasant Mike, hope you get well soon.

All those people dying two years ago, even though they were on ventilators, weren't a figment of the imagination. I have to accept that the vaccinations brought it under control, and would have done earlier if it hadn't been for the anti vaxxers. I've just had my second booster, making it four jabs in all. I caught a dose of Covid last year after the first two and it had very little effect on me. Given my medical history and state of health before the pandemic, I think the vaccination's been a lifesaver to me.
With luck you'll be completely over it by next week Mike.
All the best,
Len

Glad to see your back Mike, my wife caught it probably on the plane coming back from Tenerife in April, I didn't? Then I caught it again I think on a plane coming back from Italy in June, I had it bad for three weeks and had the swallowing broken glass syndrome, just come back again from Italy yesterday, fingers crossed we don’t get it again! So, time for you to get that sound file sorted Phil
