Hi Lou, It started fine, but where you came in on the chord change at 0:16 should have been at 0:15. It went a bit out of control after that, maybe it wouldn't have if you had got the first chord change at the right moment. If you send me the backing track as an mp3 to charliehallATntlworld.com (replacing AT with @), I will do a simple lead track on that as soon as I am able so you can put it in your recording program to follow it. Then just mute mine when you mix yours down. Don't give up at least until you have tried that. Regards, Charlie

Hi Lou, Merry Christmas. There's plenty of room in the padded Cell....and 1 little tip...NEVER put the word Final in your title ;D ;D. The tone is fine as is the playing, as Charlie says the timing is still incorrect. Take Charlie up on his offer, it will help you sort it out , but I suggest you put it down for a couple of days and have a go at another tune before you pick this one up again. I hope your having a great Christmas, Kind regards, Chris

Hi Lou I tend to agree with the above, very nicely played but you missed the beat which made it difficult for you to catch up again. I agree, take Charlie up on his offer I'm sure this will help considerably. Listening & taking note of the expert advice given here has helped my playing considerably, whatever you do, don't give up until you are happy it's right. Apart from the timing thing it sounds good to me, maybe one or two of the notes need to sustain a little longer? Nice one Lou, I enjoyed listening

Hi Joeboy. thanks for kind comment. yup i know the timing is brutal for me. i have ordered a new cd. from Mustang Music. but it looks like it may take 6 to 8 weeks to get here. so ill probably take charlie up and see if he can fix the bad intro on my track. then ill try again. bad workman always blames his tools!!!!! but like you. i enjoy it all im only a novice player, but its great fun. and this is a GREAT SITE and some Super Guys to mix with... happy new year! cheers lou
