Hi mate.
Great version. Lovely sound on the Clapton Signature (I too am a Lace-Sensor user).
Interesting too about how you make your own BT's. Pretty much how I do things, but I always seem to have trouble with drum tracks, in particular the fills. No matter how loose the quantizing and how I vary the velocity they always seem to sound robotic, like an early 80's drum machine.
Anyway, great thread. Much appreciated.
Spike.

Thanks for that Spike, I use a Yamaha RM 50 for my drums(Some good kits in there that I don't use) I made up a standard kit in the unit and I've used the same kit for all my backing tracks trying to make the tracks sound like the same drummer), It doesn't have a sequencer so no preset rolls to choose from I had to play them in real time on my mother keyboard (Cheetah) I think I've had the RM50 for about 15 years.(Cheap on E-bay now and again) I just keep listening/tweaking the drum rolls until they sound reasonable. The Bass sounds are from an old Roland U220 everything else is either a Roland JV 1080 or a Roland JV 880. P.S I set my quantize 32 / 64. Hey I'm a old (Fart so my daughter says)suffering from old age spread,I'm an almost made it and love all kind'sa music especially Hank Marvin. Keep on Twanging...W.R

I love listening to your posts Watty. This is an interesting one and I adore your version of "She's Not There". You're a very talented man!
