Hi Roger, 10 out of 10 on this one I prefer this version to his origina onel.I see he played this one back in 1989.Lovely tone on the guitar and a nice b/t. Excellent all round recording. Kind regards David

Hi Rog. well i have to say it's one of the best Dance on tracks iv'e heard. its very very close to the original tone. and i like the add in parts. very well done and ill give you a Ten also. superb!!. regards Lou

Thank you for your kind comments and for listening.
My line-up was:-
1979 US Strat with D'Addario 10-46 strings and middle pickup Yamaha MagicStomp with Charlie's Patch U08 BOSS GE-7 Graphic Equaliser Roland Cube 30X amplifier set to 'Black Panel' with no effects Recorded into a BOSS MICRO BR recorder
Imported into PC from recorder and processed with 'Sonar 7' with just a touch more 'EQ'. No other effects apart from this added.

I didn't record the GE-7 settings that I used at the time I recorded it, but I have set it up again the way I remember it. I have played it again and it does sound about the same.
Try these:
100 -9 200 -4 400 +2.5 800 +9 1k6 +15 3k2 +4 6k4 -5
My amplifier settings (no effects) were:
Bass 50% Middle 90% Treble 65%
