;)Hi There
I have tested the VT15 and VT30 from Vox..Amazing and very powerful amps.
In a nutshell 22 amps..activated by a selector button that make a led turn green for the first bank of amp and red for the second bank..they range from Vox AC30..to Fender and Boutique amps.
There is a new button called Preset mode..it will automatically call some presets that turns a LED to red for certain songs already programmed..ex: AC15TB for the tune 'Smoke on the water'.
This same preset button when pressed turns the LED to green and one could play the AC15 for Day tripper.
And it turns orange for some other things.
Thus we have 66 presets..22 amps x 3 presets.
One can also have two banks of 4 presets for each personal taste.
One can also have the knobs in a preferred position and be able to push a button called 'Manual Mode'..and one can tweak the frequencies one likes!
There are two effects that were not on the other valvetronix..Tape echo and Pitch..One can only modify the time (23 to 1460 ms),the mix amount, fine adjustments and amount of feedback. This is good for Hank wannabees..
Several effects are available..delay,tapeecho, chorus+delay, comp+chorus,octave+chorus,Falnger,Phaser,Rotary,Tremolo,Pitch.
..There is also a switch to bypass effects.
There is also a power volume control to give .2w to 15 watts.
There is also an optional pedal channel selector.
The amplifier is very loud..and it has a 8 inch..loudspeaker.
The VT30 has all above with a 10 inch speaker and 30 watts. louder than its small brother.
The shop of my friends will be receiving the VT50 and VT100..I guess the same effects with louder volumes.
(My mistake about speakers..has been corrected)
Input out jacks:
1x INPUT,1 x FOOT SW jack, 1 x PHONE jack,
And for the other models..those are:
1 x EXTERNAL SPEAKER OUT jack(only VT50/VT100), 1 x LOOP RETURN jack(only VT100), 1 x LOOP SEND jack(only VT100)
I will keep you guys posted..Sheendigs
