Hi All,
IF you have and iPad, and IF you have a situation where there are pages of TAB/Music where you are trying to learn a new tune and you have to stop to move/turn over pages, then this might help.
It's an App called "HeadTurn" which displays a .pdf document and you can turn pages by nodding your head (which is picked up by the forward facing camera. The head nodding takes a bit of getting used to.) but certainly in the early stages this App looks really good.
Downloading your own .pdf files can be done with another App/programme called "Dropbox" (it takes a few minutes for the document to become available on the iPad). I have converted Word and Guitar Pro 6 documents to .pdf fiiles and both work well.
Hope this might be of use to those interested.
Regards
Brian

Hi Brian Thanks for the info, looks interesting. I'm currently using forScore which is ok but you have to use the metronome feature to turn the pages automatically. One problem I can see with Headturn is if I'm playing any Status Quo songs, my head is nodding all the time to the beat Glen

Hi Glen,
I could see that beng a major problem!
All that nodding you'll finish the tune before you've started!!!
Seriously, though, I think it could be useful when learning tunes
