We were also very saddened to hear about Robin. He was an amazing singer with an incredible range and beautiful quality to his voice and The Bee Gees wrote so many beautiful tunes. A very great talent lost.

Nobody worked a melody around minor chords with as much feeling as Robin. The verse of "I can't see Nobody" is a great example. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYO4KQ4s0IIThis is from a live performance in1973. I preferred the Bee Gees songs from the early period, and didn't really go for the later "Disco" stuff, although they are more famous for that period. Of course, we Australians "claim" them as our own, even though they were born and lived most of their lives in the UK! Now it's just Barry left. RIP, Robin. You'll never be forgotten.
