My first video upload, which is sadly a dedication to my dog Lollie, who I had to put to sleep last week after 12 years of love and companionship. She used to sit at my feet for hours whilst I played my guitar. The house seems so empty now. youtu.be/3mbgAqtX2gs

Hi Richard That was a beautiful first video, very sad but a wonderfully played tribute to your little dog Lollie. The photos are beautiful and she was obviously very much loved and had a very happy 12 years with you. Losing a pet leaves a terribly big gap in our lives and I'm very sorry to hear about Lollie. Best wishes Rosemary

Hi Rosemary Many thanks for your kind comments. As you so rightly say, there is a massive void in my life at the moment.

Hi Lou It's all a bit sad here at the moment. As you say, life seems very empty at the moment, as we used to go for a long walk every day, and I still find it difficult to come home to an empty house if I go out. But, I have many happy memories, and know the pain will ease with time. I found recording this track very difficult as I was very emotional, but am pleased with the end result.
Hope you have a great new year
Cheers Richard

Hello Richard : I am so very sorry about the sad loss of your companion and friend, as you say the pain will ease with time and eventually you will be able to look back with fond memories, I have been through the same and my heart goes out to you:
The sound file you posted is fabulous, the guitaring is outstanding in both tonal quality and expression, you obviously played every note from the heart and I dont mind admitting that I listened with tears rolling down my face:

Hi Frank Many thanks for your lovely comments. It's still very hard at the moment, but I've many happy memories as well. This was played from the heart, with many tears, and will in due course form part of a longer video I'm compiling with my old video clips and loads of still pics. Hope you have a good year in 2013. Cheers Richard
