Looking through things I came across some Vox guitars just out of curiosity I wonder if anyone as one and what they play and sound like. The Vox Apache I Teardrop as 2 x 3" speakers built into the guitar body described as play any-where convenience, these playful and spirited guitars are a highly attractive choice.I must say this is just a curiosity about guitars in general with me and any reply would be appreciated. Hi Pete
Worth reading up about them. If my memory serves me right, these guitars were a nightmare to keep in tune. I'm sure it is well documented so should be easy enough to find.
Cheers Ian

The originals were .... not much good. These new Vox 'branded' guitars are your standard, run of the mill, Far Eastern mass production instruments - as good as anything else at the price.

The originals were .... not much good. Most of the "original" Vox guitars were built in Italy by Eko for Vox. It's a pity they don't have a tremolo and an integrated echo effect ! Didier
