Hi Peter and all,
No, I don't see any change but we are due to be moved to the latest Proboards version which will result in some changes to the layout.

We went thro the house sale thing back in May, you have my full sympathy, next hurdle is changing your address on drivers license , utilities etc etc. It used to be SO simple , now each single thing is like its own little Krypton factor game with disaster lurking around every corner: Have a nice Christmas Cheers, Frank:

right its not the drink (i wish it was) but my view of the site has changed, it changed when i click on a topic from the site while i was browsing in a search engine. ita a lot paler in colour, i have to log in every time there is no box to say keep me loged in, when i look at boards they come up as a list. its like looking at it in safe mode is the best way to describe it. i have loged out that doesent change anything. i have deleted site from computer then reloaded that doesent do anything. so ideas please. peter

Hi Peter,
Is it possible that you inadvertently started using TapaTalk? I was plagued by repeated invitations for a while until eventually they wore my resistance down and I agreed to have it installed on my iPad. I rarely use it, but it can be handy at times if you just want a straight forward bulletin board presentation without the frills and, consequently, a more responsive experience. Occasionally it still intercepts, in which event I simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Full Version' and, low and behold, you're back in familiar territory.
Regards,
Mike

Hi Peter, You probably already did this, but first thing to try when browsers go funny is delete all cache, cookies and browsing data. Here is a link on how for Google Chrome. support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=enMake sure to also reboot your PC before starting Chrome again. good luck George

Hi Peter, Did you tick all the option boxes to delete everything ?
Otherwise, uninstall Chrome ... reboot at least twice, have a cup of tea/coffee, say a few prayers then try a fresh install.
cheers George

Hi Peter,
I use Internet Explorer and Safari (Safari is the standard one on Macs and is available on Windows 7). I like Safari because it has for example a 'top sites' type of screen similar to Internet Explorer but in Safari you can pin the ones you want so they stay there.
Bill PS I wonder what this thread's going to be like when the forum actually changes :-)
