Hi Chris,
This is big news on the BBC Website. First I saw was that everyone should reset all their passwords, but now I'm not so sure, it all seems to be about Yahoo. Some of the details are above my head so I'm doing nothing just yet, apart from watching it with interest. I can think of nothing worse that resetting every single password given the rules on all the different sites and being told that I can't have this or that, but not why.
Regards, Len

ISnt it all a bit of "lets frighten everyone" from the News people? I wouldnt trust the Media to tell the truth, even if it was important. End of Rant! cheers ian

The crux of Heartbleed is a software flaw in the server data encryption code - some folks incorrectly think that it is a virus - it's not.
The purpose behind the above login message would be to advise users that the server for that site is having the flaw fixed (patched) and therefore users' current auto-login cookies won't work until refreshed.
Therefore, those users will need to enter their username and password to reconnect.
