Hello friends, I haven't been around for a while but still look in without signing to see what's been happening. My good friend Bill Kerr composed this for me as a tribute to Shadows music. Bill used to compose music for me when I created art installations using light reactive media (Luminous and Fluorescents). He also taught me keyboards for seven and a half years and five grades of music theory. He is "My Wee Composer", brilliant musician and a pleasure to have him as a friend. Bill recorded Drums, bass, strings and guitar tracks on his keyboard. We loaded the stereo tracks onto a Boss Br-8 and I added acoustic rhythm and melody tracks. The acoustic rhythm was done with my Epiphone EJ200. I tried 4 guitars before deciding on my Fender standard Strat with 57-62 pickups. I had to put on a set of Fender 13-56 strings to get the twang. Echo was from a magicstomp with Charlie's u17 patch. Verses were played using the bridge pickup, chorus with the neck one. Hope you enjoy Bill's composition as much as I did learning it? app.box.com/s/so0uf8spk3ulqn4ehmx7Regards, Jim.
