50 years today the Beatles came to Melbourne, the concerts were booked well before they took off in the US, and they didn't have to pay as much, were lucky to get them at the time. Where do the years go. I saw them in Christchurch NZ in '64.
Still have the original programme plus the original
Aussie one I picked up on Trade Me many years ago. I'll have
to dig them out and post a few photos.
The Majestic theatre here where they appeared is at present
being demolished due to our recent earthquakes. Another link
gone.
