I can open BOX and login and go to my files but when clicking on one, or a forum link, the black page shows with the file but it won't play, has anyone add this problem?

Hi Phil, I've not had it as far as I can remember, and with Box, I believe it shouldn't even be necessary to be logged in to access a file from a given link. I am wondering if being logged in is creating some kind of conflict? Have you tried accessing from a different browser? Regards, Charlie

Charlie, it might be pc related as I can play files with my iPad.
With my pc I can't play files logged in or not, I had this problem before and it righted itself, somehow.
It seems like there's something pc based blocking it ?

Hi Phil, I use Firefox. Sometimes it can do with a reset to put it back in its original installed clean state. Other than that I really don't know what to suggest. Regards, Charlie

Hi Charlie,
I don't use Firefox.
Box asked if I had Java Scripts auto play blocked, I looked in Java and couldn't find auto play?

Hi Phil, I had Java installed at one time and assumed I have it now, but now you have mentioned it, I can't find it on my system. I reinstalled everything around March time last year, so I probably have been running without Java since then. Maybe a Google search will find a way to set autoplay? Regards, Charlie

Hi Charlie,
No info on a Java Autoplay reset, after a lot of messing about, I reset Internet Explorer and it works!
Thanks for your feedback!

Hi Phil, OK. Maybe then you can look at the options to figure out which setting caused the problem. Regards, charlie

Hi Phil, Maybe you should take screen shots of all the settings, then next time it happens you can cross check to see if anything changed. Regards, Charlie
