Hi Bri, I have just read your thread, I would use a pod xt myself and find them very good could you post some setting for Shads sounds. Dave. Dave, I've taken down my vid tut's of how W/Land and Peace Pipe were recorded without resorting to Vox amps. All you need to do is select any amp in POD record and then just EQ it with VST and bung a VST PSP 608 echo PSP 608 AND PSP Vintage Warmer with Piet's patches for the 608 or VST Etap Engineer eTAP2 Engineer and use a compressor in the final mix and you've a sound which approaches the real thing. With the 608 there's no excuse re modulation, drive or depth. Look at the image enlarged GUI and you can see what I mean. My advice for home recording a guitar is to keep going if you fluff---then just edit and re-join the track like Ernie's hairpiece. If you listen to the originals they comprise of repeated phrases. Just do them and join together. Of course this method is for studio/bedroom work and not for live gigs but who cares? Bri PS Sorry Sándor I didn't intend to drift off your original posting but it's in the same ball park

Hello Sandor you simply drag down up to 5 blue echoes to fill the empty spaces , I posted some sound files made with 5 multiple echoes made in Garage band , no one seemed to be interested , everything you need is in Garage Band and it has an excellent sound quality , if you have any further problems let me know , I have also used it live , best regards Murray PS here is a screen shot www.4shared.com/account/dir/qcEb5DNu/_online.html#dir=u_zsqAHj

Hello john Hope this link works , I haven't saved any settings , I just took a screen shot for Sandor , you can drag up to 5 echoes into the pedal board and set them independently or 4 echoes and a compressor etc , I surfed the net for the times and feedback , there's plenty of information out there I think from memory the roland forum has some settings for the GR55 synth , here is the link and good luck with it best regards Murray www.4shared.com/account/dir/qcEb5DNu/_online.html#dir=u_zsqAHj
