I assume that Bruce is using a Strat on Nivram but there are other possibilities, this was The Shadows first album and includes Hank and Bruce on mainly Strats, but I am sure that Hank used a Gretsch on Nivram, why? Was it recorded prior to him owning a Strat or was it just that the tone suited the tune better, and if it was prior, what was Bruce playing as I assume that Bruce is playing the harmony as there's no rhythm when this is going on?

Thanks Alan, I had a feeling that it was a Gretsch that Bruce used in the harmony as it is very close in sound to Hanks Gretsch.
Re Country Gentleman, actually what looks like an identical guitar to the White Falcon except for double cutaways.

Alan,
I'm working on my bt first, it was mixed about four years ago, since then I have learned a lot about Abbey Roads studio sounds, so a make over is being done which includes bass and drums mic overspill, I also need to record Bruce's part which I originally did on a Strat.
