Hi All
If you were to choose either one of these pedals through experience which one would be the best.
LINE 6 DDL4 DELAY or
BOSS DD20 GIGA DELAY.
Regards
Peter

I tried the DDL4 and hated it, so I would probably go for the DD20! It reminds me of when I asked my dad who is best, the AA or RAC. He replied "the RAC, I've never been in them". Regards, Charlie

Peter,
Have you looked at the Boss RE-20? It's the modern digital version of the Roland RE-201 Space Echo that Hank Marvin used in the late seventies. It's around the same price as the other two and at least it's on The Shadows' list of echo units.
Regards,
Len

In a different price bracket the Boss DD 500 could be worth a look. ...........recently well received by Guitarist Magazine, I believe its a follow up to the DD20.

Hi Peter,
I have had the Boss RE-20. Very nice, but not good for the Shadows echo's. For me, there were no head combinations that satisfied me. Now I have a Zoom MS-70CDR which gives the oppertunity to combine up to 6 heads. You'll find many suggestions for the settings on the Internet and you can of course find your own. There are settings from the Zoom G3 to find which you can use.
The price of the Zoom MS-70 is much more friendly then the Boss RE-20.
I hope this helps.
Regards, Emiel
