Interesting the Eric Johnson tone capsule you can plug in to the Roland blues cubes, it turns the clean channel from tweed clean to deluxe reverb clean, and the crunch to old Marshall crunch.they cost $400, I don't know if I would buy it at that price? They plan to bring out more, there is a Steve Vai one coming out for the Boss Waza amp, it's a more hard rock version amp of the blues cube www.youtube.com/watch?v=dz9y8yCLYWQMatthew

Hi Matthew, I have the Blues Cube Artist and I tried the TC on loan....I didn't like it at all, had pretty well no effect on the clean channel and turned the OD into a complete mess of mushy, muddy grind....ruined the amp.....why anyone would want to pay £200 for this accessory baffles me....Paul....

Hi Paul, you the overdrive side of the TC sounds all mids and bass Matt Hi Matt....not sure what you are asking but I think you want to know how the Crunch/Overdrive channel was affected?...... if so then it was ruined IMO.....the tone was muffled, very middly, indistinct in the mix and a mess......there a a demo on utube and it sounds the same there as well.....if that is EJ's signature sound then he is welcome to keep it.....Paul....
