This piece of (possibly library) music is running on a BBC News insert this morning. A lovely Gypsy Jazzy thing with (possibly) and archtop playing a little solo 'diddle' in the middle. Anyone know the title and the Artistes, please?? Very Hank GJ or maybe Gary Taylor or Warren and Co – any ideas, gang? Ian app.box.com/s/xaqwlyb656av77ipam099weklfmq0c57

Hi Ian, I noticed, that no one recognized this nice tune, I didn't either, but I thought you might want to try the following:
Create a nice video from stationery images using this tune as a background music and put it up on YouTube with the title "Do you know the title or the artist of this tune?"
You might get lucky from two directions, either someone recognizes the tune OR you'll get a nice letter from YouTube stating that the music of your video is copyrighted by such and such media company if you're lucky, the letter might even display the title of the song. But if it doesn't AND if you really want to go for it, you could contact that media company through email and ask them the same question.
Oh, I almost forgot, for my first suggestion: you could put the icing on the cake by sharing that Youtube video of yours on Facebook and ask all your friends to share it as well.
At least it's worth to try it.
Cheers, Geza
