Hi, I have made a new recording of this great song written by Lennart Clerwall. Its a tribute to my old hometown Malmberget and I hope you like it. I use P15 on the H&C Echo on that one. Best Regards, Ove

What a shame that they had to demolish so many nice looking house and destroy a community because of the mining. Did that big hole showing in the video at just over 20 seconds in just appear after the ground collapsed or was that always there ? Nice playing and overall sound too Ove

Hi Ove, A nice vintage sound from your set up. I've not heard this tune of Lennart's before, but as always it's a good one. I enjoyed your playing and found your video interesting...I guess it wasn't so good for people that were living in Malmberget. We get similar subsidence problems in the UK around mining area's but on a much smaller scale.
Kind regards,
Chris

Hi Sandra, Chris and Istvan,
Many thanks for that you like it. Lennart wrote this one to me when I lived in Malmberget and I have recorded it before but that was many years ago.
Sandra and Chris, It is very sad to se how my old hometown will disappear like this.
Sandra, The whole that you see in the video is because it has been caused by mining operation. The mining company has bought our house and that is the reason why we have moved to PiteƄ.
Best Regards, Ove
