Hi Peter,
It's also ion my list of "to buy", I recently bought the Beatles "Rubber Soul" remastered from HMV and I'm more than happy with the quality of it.
Kind regards,

hi chris thanks for that. I had all the originals from new at one time but sold them a few years back when I needed the money. I regreted it soon as I sold them but needs must. there are used on the market but cost a lot then noticed new ones cheaper just wasn't sure if they were decent copy`s or digital remasters. I am going to try to buy them all in time. peter

If you are going to buy "new/remastered" Beatles LPs or CDs then, for anything up to and including Sergeant Pepper, be sure to opt for the Mono version.

I found a copy of Dark Side Of the Moon at a local used record store, its in mint Con, with a perfect cover. no crackles or pops for £10 and the bonus, I found a Neil Young After the Gold Rush also in mint for £15, I play my Vinyl on a Rega Planar 3 deck and an ARCAM amp with B&W Speakers, After years of CD's I still prefer vinyl. Most of my early Shads albums are vinyl.

just got my new copy of please please me mono on vinyl . its the the one`s cut from the original master tapes in 2014 I think it was. if your thinking about getting any of the series do it this one its brilliant. its not been mucked about with. I play my records on an old 60`s record player been refurbished a good while ago now, hasn't got a make on it. sound is just as when I fist heard it all those years ago. I will get the whole series over time. just waiting for with the beatles mono and that's my pocket money gone this month. peter
