Hi Istvan and Phil, Thanks for posting the links - Gary Moore - a wonderful musician! His 2010 Montreux version of Parsienne Walkways is marvellous as well. Cheers, Bernie

Hi Istvan & Bernie, Re the concert at Montreux, I loved GM at that gig so much so that I had to re-create The Stumble just to get that feel, it's due for a remix as I want the brass more up front, it's been posted here before, but just for us GM fans. You can talk about your "Joe Bonamassa's etc" but there was only one Gary Moore app.box.com/s/yrz53jt6ezggtb84fydwPhil

yes, very nice, was a great player for sure, with respect, I prefer his playing to Bonamassa but then again I prefer Buddy Whittington to Bonamassa, check him out :-)

Hello Phil, I certainly liked your rendition of the Stumble. Just one question, did you pull all the faces as you reached for the various stretched notes?
Saw Buddy Whittington at the Mick Jagger Centre some time ago and heard he had linked up with Gary Moore, so thanks for posting the YouTube item of them together. Just great.
Mick

Gary Moore guitar genius I think most would agree his work is outstanding you just can't ignore it the style and sounds he produced was legendary he was amazing so sad he was just short of his 59th birthday when he died. His music lives on and Philc as always, has produced his own very excellent versions of his tunes.

Mick, If you don't pull the face you can't get the pulled note Thanks Pete, As you say, Gary Moore was a genius, you will notice in his last gigs he had put on a lot of weight which didn't help his health! Phil

For me, far better than the Cream reunion! I saw Gary Moore with Skid Row at Cloud Nine, Peterborough, I forget the year but Gary was only 16 or 17 and just as phenomenal a player even then. Regards, Charlie

Hi Phil, one of the best buddy Whittington performances has to be 'Hideaway' some classy playing in that for sure. Pete

Regards, Charlie What a team Moore, Bruce and Baker, that video says it all, Bruce playing better than ever and what a sound from the fretless!!! You can see that evberytone is enjoying themselves and it works! I have a tape of the three of them doing the old Cream numbers, it doesn't work for me because Gary Moore is replicating what Clapton did on the records and the overall sound is as the records....but this video is something else Phil
