Can somebody help me? How do I set-up my G5 through a mixer for optimal performance. I have set it to direct, using balanced output with microphone lead to desk, set to passive, not sure what to do with the grounding button. I tried this set up and the sound was not how I hear it through the speakers. I use a squier deluxe strat. Bit disappointing! I appreciate any help you can offer Grant

Hi Grant, I tend to avoid using mic inputs for anything except microphones. Try a jack to jack unbalanced cable to the line input. Regards, Charlie
