Not sure how many here are on "Facebook", I am, because my daughter put me on it years ago to keep in touch from Japan/China. I have a massive amount of friends (13) and even though I don't really actively use it, I do wander through, as I have sailing and my past work FB's that link to it. Problem is over the years more and more complete strangers to me, are offered up as "people you might know" and for some reason I have recently had a spate of Irish republicans appear as potential "friends" I did a Google and found it was quite difficult to stop these annoying reams of people I might know appearing, BUT a solution was found, until FB finds a workaround that is, called "FB Purity", it is an add-on to Firefox and appears in the top bar of FB and allows the stopping of a lot of annoying things like the "people" list. So far it has worked a treat, so if anyone else needs it just Google FB Purity as an add-on for your browser. Mike.

Hi Mike,
I'm surprised you don't want to know all of these Irish Republicans Mr O'Mike. It's never going tpo be a problem to me as I have no intention of ever signing up to facebook...but, should my resolve ever weaken, I'll be sure to look for FB Purity.
Kind regards,
Chris
