I don't remember hearing of this happening. There was a recent discussion about a site issue where a site update is being planned. Hopefully that might sort out any site issues that currently exist. Regards, Charlie

Hi Charlie,
There may be something going on with the site, about an hour ago most but not all the views against threads dropped down to either one, two or zero, but then suddenly returned to the correct number again?
Regards
Gary

Hi Gary, I have had that happen several times over the months and years. I think it is a Proboards issue.
Hi Lou, I am certainly interested in any update you can give us.
Regards, Charlie

Hi Charlie,
Logged on and off 4 times in quick succession. No robotic references, but did see this message at the 3rd attempt:
Oops, there was an error! Invalid request token / possible request forgery (error 1). If you received this message in error, please go back, refresh, and try again.
I’ve seen this occasionally in the past and presumed it was an error at the server end. Subsequent attempt is usually successful.
Regards, Mike

Hi Mike, I don't think I remember that happening to me but I often saw an angry bear screen instead of the expected page when an error occurred. That doesn't seem to happen anymore. Regards, Charlie

Hi Charlie,
Undoubtedly this message is likely to be browser specific. I see it while using Safari on my iPad, but never while using Firefox on my Laptop or gaming PC. It’s not a showstopper and, as I said, trying again is usually successful.
How did you get on with those recent record busting temperatures in your area?
Regards, Mike

Hi Mike, I go out in the car when it gets too hot elsewhere. The aircon works well! Regards, Charlie

Hi Guys well I think I solved the issue. im not a robot. I went into my browser tools. and deleted all cookies etc. exept passwords. and so far alls ok. seems to be only a Proboards error. let you know if it returns. Lou

Hi Lou, Thanks for the update. I assume the cookie for this site was deleted too, so that it can start afresh with a new one. Regards, Charlie
