Yes, it was developed by one of the members of 10cc. I believe they lost a lot of money over it for some reason. Regards, Charlie

I believe they (Godly/Creme) came up with the Ebow too which has had some success.

Nessmonst, Stop believing that! The Ebow was invented by Greg Heet in 1969 and made sins, by a USA firm called Heet Sound Productions in LA. A 1 minute Google could prevent the (unintended) misinformation your typing here The Gizmotron...can still remember that device...it was indeed a nightmare to use. I've still have the music magz of that day were it was demoed... So the first time I saw it in the flesh, in Amsterdam(no not that.... pull your dirty mind out off the gutter )it was so clumsy to use. The folks a the store,told me I could use one on my 58 strat, that I brought with me. Although the term Vintage was almost not in use back then...second hand old guitar was a common description, they use on my fiesta red strat at that time.... Cheers Rob
