My day-day workhorse (not music) PC informs me I can install Win 11 as a free upgrade. Have read different opinions about this but same as Win 10 I was reluctanct to move from Win 7, but its been more than Ok, So, anyone on Win 11 yet and thoughts?
Mike.

Also gave up on Microsoft after Win7. All my music, DAWs, etc. run really well on my iPad Pro.

+1 for ditching MS. I use Linux Mint now for just about everything. I object to MS telling me my PC can't run Win 11. I do like Win 10 though.

have also been using a Mac for about 16 years now, if the computer is connect to the internet there are very good security reasons for keeping the OS updated. Both Windows and Macs have been open to some serious vulnerabilities in recent months, despite Apple claiming its not required, I also run anti-virus software!
