Hi Charlie Not sure what the legalities are on posting this, and hope I've not done wrong in doing so. A dear friend of mine Jerry Naylor has spent over 7 years compiling the greatest collection of Rockabilly ever to be released with much footage that has never been seen before, I know for many this would make the ultimate Christmas present, the book the DVD's and CD's cover the entire birth of Rockabilly and later Rock and Roll the world has ever known. If I can help Jerry in any way to promote then my effort has been worth while, www.rockabillylegends.com/

Hi Rob, I can't see a problem with posting about it here, it's not as if the collection is illegal. I remember Jerry Naylor was the lead singer with the Crickets after Buddy Holly and Earl Sinks. I saw them in 1964 but Jerry wasn't on the tour as I seem to remember he had suffered a heart attack, so lead vocal duties were done by Buzz Cason who I think was the recording manager of the Crickets. I think Jerry sung duet with Glen Campbell on the Crickets biggest post Buddy Holly era hit Don't Ever Change. Regards, Charlie

Thanks Charlie, Its taken Jerry almost 8 years to compile this wonderful collection, Jerry's a very dear friend of mine, the time you talk about when he was ill i believe was after he broke his back in a car accident that almost finished him off, but thankfully he's now back to full strength. Almost all the footage included in this package has never been seen before, much of it filmed by Jerry himself, some great interviews with another old friend of mine Charlie Daniels, even has Charlie doing a Michael Jackson moon dance whilst performing the Devil rides down to Georgia. all in all a fantastic collection. The book that comes with this full package is beautifully presented and as I said really is the most comprehensive works on the history of Rockabilly ever put together .

Hi Rob, Jerry had a heart attack around 1964, his car accident which I didn't know about until now was in 1982 I think. I read that because of that he was unable to be active in music for a very long time. I wish him luck with the package. If you or Jerry can prepare a short write up for this package and put it in the For Sale section I will make it a sticky so it can stay there until further notice. As it will be an ad, just include the essential information and also instructions about how to order. Regards, Charlie
