I think this is probably something that Charlie will be able to help with. I have recently had a bit of a mishap with my Zoom RFX2200 and have inadvertantly lost my EFTP (Shadows) programs. The information that came with the unit when I purchased it from new (quite a few years back) said that in the event of the loss of any EFTP programs they could be reprogrammed free of charge but obviously with me paying postage ! Is this still the case, and if so what is the address to which it should be sent and (if known) postage costs> Many thanks in advance.

You do not need to send the hardware just get the patches, and reload, then back them up to 2/3 different places as with all "I dont want to lose it software"..

Hi Mike, First of all thanks ever so much for the info ! I'm afraid I'm not all that brilliant with the computer so where do I get the patches from and is it fairly easy to reload them on to the Zoom ? Cheers Terry '

If your Zoom is registered with CH he may be able to supply the patches and info on how to load them via midi.
