Why not ask the previous owner to ensure your settings are correct but a good starting point is to clean the tape heads with isopropyl alcohol and make sure the tape is in good condition.

Hi ive just gotten a meazzi pa 306 it turns on motors Turning but it only give my dry guitar signal so reverb and echo not working where should I start looking to find the fault? Did you see/hear it working before you bought the Meazzi?

If you meant to say scrapped, it could well be a rare vintage echo that potentially has value even in it's current state, it probably needs refurbishing by a specialist who knows what they are doing! If you didn't want have this done, there are usually people around who would give you a price for it as is depending on condition for this purpose, also there are specialists around and it's worth sending them photo for their opinion: www.vintagetech.co.uk/contactThe above is just one I found! My advice is not to touch it if you don't know what you're doing, particularly as there could be some high voltages and there is also the possibility of damaging parts that could be recovered!

Yes its the same one dave robison used I will be cleaning the heads soon and get a new tape and see what happens To get no echo signal at all sounds more than a head cleaning and tape replacement …..
