Hi Charlie, Justin Daish was at the 'Hankies' last night with his Meazzi, is there a way of tweaking a eftp prog to get that cascading echo sound that he got for wonderful Land, I use prog No 0-13 (79 patches) thanks Keith

Hi Keith, I don't know if Justin's heads have been modified for spacings but if not, try 0-27 and 0-28. They are the sound of a stock Meazzi tape unit. They are not as accurate as using the correct Echomatic 2 patch for Wonderful Land because Hank did not use a tape Meazzi on it. Regards, Charlie

Hi Keith,
The "Cascading" sound was due in part on the Echo Hank used to the "Effect" control on the Vox / SEP disc echo that Hank used as Charlie said on Wonderful Land.
If I remember from looking in detail at some of Charlies Echomatic 2 patches and he does indeed include this effect in the patches.
In the pictures of Justin's Meazzi on my site you can clearly see the head position changes, and also Justin's Meazzi has a variable speed motor in it.
