Hi Ian, I bought a new guitar from them on behalf of my partner. It had a mark on it and it was replaced. The guy I spoke to was really nice and helpful.
Regards, Jim

there is a small problem... they sell burns marvins for £700 which is good, but they dont actually have any which is not so good the guy told me they MAY get some this month but Barry Gibson told me there are none till mid november so im not sure if ill be placing a deposit. Marvin for sale anyone?

hi i have bought 2 guitars from them and got some great deals ie free gigbags and delivery the burns marquee was spot on no problems however at a later date i got a burns cobra which was badly finished off the frets needed redressing and a full set up was needed but they were great about it they just said send it back and i would get a full refund i actually kept the guitar because i loved the colour and did the worlk myself i would suggest though if it is at all possible you should always buy a guitar from a shop where you can try it out i know it usually costs a lot more and your local music shop doesn`t always have the brand or model of guitar you want but sometimes buying a guitar mail order can be a bit of a lottery tuftyrock

A couple of years ago, I bought a Hohner G3T from these guys and it was never delivered. I have no doubt they sent it, but things do sometime go missing between the UK and Spain.
More to the point, they supplied another one (which did arrive) without any argument at all. For that one trade alone, they get my vote.

they certainly seem to have a good reputation. i was on the phone to the guy again and he still thinks they will have new marvins in this month. I will be bidding on a guitar today so fingers crossed but if i dont get it i may send this guy a deposit and cross my fingers.
cheers Ian

Hi-Just registered with the board-thanks folks.
I run the Incredibid Ltd operation, and would like to thank those who replied in this thread with kind words. We are still here and still making people happy-We understand we are the biggest selling Burns retailer online in the UK now, but not helped by B Gibson keeping all the best bits to himself! We do have stock of the wondeful Cobras, Marquees and Shadow still, plus ONE Shadows custom elite bass in green now on our the well known auction site store.
Hope I can help with any Burns stock related questions, and may drop a few links in the commercial ad section to drum up some business in these hard times!
Ozz

Hi Ozz, Welcome to the site, and thanks for your message. You can put ads for one off items in the For Sale section, or for repeat items in the commercial section (let us know when stocks dry up for items in the latter section). Regards, Charlie

Hello again! We are in the process of setting up some new smaller websites dedicated to specific ranges of products. The first one is for our harmonicas, www.northwest-harmonicas.co.uk/Does anyone think a stand alone Burns guitar website would be a good idea? That`s what I am thinking next!
