Don't forget the Danelectro Spring King, although some reliability problems have been reported.

The Electro Harmonix range are good have a look at their site I quite like the Cathederal Reverb Unit not cheap but guitarists have said its spring Reverb unit sims are as good as the real deal and there is a demo of someone playing SRV's 'Lenny' through one and it sounds great. If money is a problem have a look at the Behringer range they are often clones of popular pedals like Boss at cheaper prices and are not bad for the money.

Hi Peter, the fender 63 reverb boss pedal is a digitial emulation of the 63 reverb spring reverb fender first on the market in the '60's. My advice if it's worth anything is to go and try before you buy. There are sound files on the net available so do a search on this pedall and have a listen. I think it is well worth the money. cheers norm

Didier If they are not spring reverbs then the first line of this product description appears incorrect www.behringer.com/EN/Products/RV600.aspx

The description is about spring reverb modeling, not about being a real spring unit : # The ultimate Reverb Modeler that delivers the whole history from classic spring reverbs to high-end studio reverbs—at the touch of a footswitch # Real Sound Modeling (RSM) combines state-of-the-art DSP technology with sophisticated algorithms to emulate real acoustic environmentsAnd when you look at the pedal size, you can see immediatly that there not enough room for a spring reverb tank...
