Hi Billy
It looks very similar to the Easy Mute although the angle of the offset is different and, of course, it's a lot cheaper.
Cheers.

I tried bending a stock arm but you end up with a very short arm. Fine if that's what you want but it was around 1/2" short for my liking.

Hi Billy I don't think you have been done. I would have thought it was a cheap upgrade at £12.50 plus postage. which version of the arm did you get there are 2 shapes. ?? do you find it does the job well ?? the concept seems to be a good idea to me.!! all the best George.

Hello George, Yeah you are right I don't think I've been done at all, The one i got is style 2 and at £12.50 + £1,00 pp and is very well made and does the job just great, Straight Into my 87 Strat with no Problems at all, and a lot cheaper than the 50 quid Easy Mute you can buy, my old trem arm I doctored that one a bit but its not quite as good as the bought one. Cheers George.

..hmmm
Made my own about two years ago and still happy.. ..think I posted about it on here sometime back..
Bought a couple of stock arms in from the States for little Oz$$, and bent one to shape..was always going to bend the other one as a spare in case something went wrong, but never got around to it.. ;D
Wouldn't use anything else now....

Roberto of course you are right they do have gold. I did not realise. Just a little more money than the chrome but still a great price. Let me know how you get on with it.? I think they are a great upgrade for a low price. Mine has definitely improved my muting technique simply by making it easier to do. Superb !!! All the best George.
