The spec of this encourages me to believe that it would be suitable for achieving those multitap repeats that we crave.Any opinions? cgi.the well known auction site.co.uk/ws/the well known auction siteISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150565355676&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:GB:1123 Regards David

I've seen one of these, the tape if I remember correctly goes back on forth on a series of pullies to get the length in a small space. It was built like a T-34 but wow and flutter were fairly evident. Probably needed a service.

Hi David, I wouldn't count on it giving the kind of repeats you want. There seems to be no level adjustment for the individual heads. If they are all preset at equal volume it won't sound good. Regards, Charlie

Thanks for the input guys. Charlie I think the description states that you can adjust the level of individual heads. My fear with any of these 'lesser known' machines would be that if something went wrong with itwhere on earth could you get it looked at? (barring Russia of course!)

Hi David, Yes, you're right. But feedback from individual heads does not seem to be mentioned. It is probably a case of feedback coming equally from whichever heads are switched on. This is not exactly bad, but it wouldn't give anything like a Meazzi type of echo. Regards, Charlie

Hi Everyone I would be wary of buying from russia because of scams see the method of payment it says I have a partner in us who accepts payment on my behalf that puts me off immediatly could finish up a case of no unit, no money and no way of tracking payment buyer beware Cheers John44

Oh yes, the "partner" in the US for payment ? Dead set give away that something is not right. I'll bet 10 to 1 he lives in "Little Russia" in Brooklyn NY. And here again if the unit went leg up how to get parts for it ?? Best left alone. Regards John
