TEEEEEERRIFIC!!!
Did you use a click track for the initial timing, and in what order did you record the instruments?

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant, to record that with you doing all the parts, and the sound you get with all of them, including lead guitar, is fantastic. Well done. In fact I'm going to play it again.

Perfect! Great playing, of all instruments, great video, and a sense of humour about it. Cheers, Julian

I couldn't stop grinning throughout - what a great sound and what on earth made you come up with the idea? Just brilliant. I also agree about the traditional instruments - extremely authentic in tone etc but a great choice of cardboard box too with just the right pitch and tension settings. Perhaps some velcro to keep it from moving about would help and a couple of tin foil cymbals on sticks to add further drama . . . hmmm - could be an untapped market here in flat pack box kits with treacle tins for bongos or maybe . . . . ;D Can we expect to see further examples of recordings made using your DIY alternative percussion equipment in the near future? Cheers, Martyn

Hi Lee, I'm with everyone else ... just terrific in all aspects including an innovative video idea. Won't be long before you are bombarded with questions about the colour, thickness and volume of that box. I think Martyn is onto something with the flat pack kit idea. ;D The Undercover Shadows must be very good if you are the bass player, though easy to see you could sub for any of the other guys. Your bass work in the Nivram clip is absolutely top notch. As good as any I've heard. cheers George

Hi Lee Best savage sounds ever...and the cardbox was a good idea. It reminds me that you should play one of the songs of the strings-a-long. They did the same trick on a guitar case for the rhythm,so the say.. It must be wheels.. SHeendigs
