Hi Ove, Although Lennon & McCartney wrote this, I don't think they ever released a recording of it. Peter and Gordon had a number 1 hit with this back in the early 60's in the UK. I used to fancy Peters sister along with millions of others......Jane Asher . Kind regards, Chris

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your comments. Its nice to hear about Jane Asher. I´m not shure but I think she was a girlfriend to Paul a very short time and thats the reason why he give some songs to them. Beatles have also recorded this one after Peter and Gordons number 1 hit.
Regards, Ove

Hi Ove That was a very nice recording with great playing and sound. It's a lovely tune I remember very well from when I was very young at the height of Beatlemania. There were a lot of great Lennon/McCartney tunes given to others. They were such prolific song writers. Best wishes Rosemary

Hi Ove !
Lennon or not Lennon, Paul or not Paul, I don't care (never heard it before) - its a nice melody und you performerd well !
BTW Listening the other tracks I was happy to "meet" the "Golden Earrings" again, which I loved to listen in the 60s, played by one of my favourite guitar bands, french "Les Fantomes".
After all I like all of your tunes !
Cheers Gerhard
