Hi Rod Very well put together track, Sir! Nice tone on the guitar, smoothly played and the BT just keeps on giving, well put together. I would have liked more attention to the phrasing around the "for they could not love you,"verse but thats just me. Cheers ian

No, it's not just you old chum; I've spent loads of time trying to get that bit of the song to sound right - because the last two lines of that particular verse seems to have too many words and it seems to go on for some extra beats which I've really struggled with to make sound right. Even listening to the original Don McLean's version, I still can't get it right.
I think your description of 'phrasing' is absolutely spot on!
I wonder if there is such a thing as music dyslexia?

Rod I went to the Doctors. He said "you've got music dyslexia" I asked him what I could do about it. "play the guitar!" Sob!! Cheers Ian
