Hi Everyone. I have volunteered to do a "turn" at the local pensioners annual party this year. I've not played in public for many year's, but kind of looking forward to it. The pills must be working Would be of great support to me to have my friends here behind me. Thank's in anticipation Duncan.

Hi Duncan If it was me, I would have a guy on the door, telling all the pensioners that, in the interest of national security, all hearing aids must be handed in. You on the other hand, are a great player so, no problem. I only wish I had the nerve to do it myself. Go for it.
Regards Roger

Hi Duncan
Not mad at all. Don't think I would have the bottle to do it.
Best of luck
Richard

Personally, I think you're only mad if you DON"T play in public. I'd be climbing up the walls if I only played at home. Music is for sharing. If you enjoy just playing for yourself, playing in public is ten times better. Actually, it's a LOT more than ten times better.

Hi Duncan, No you are not mad yet but keep working at it Seriously though I am sure you will enjoy it when you see all the expressions of admiration on your audience faces. Best regards, Maurice.

Thanks Guys, you are all good mates indeed. You are very kind in your comments. I think it is around the end of Nov, better leave now Dave . I've got great neighbors Noel, they actually enjoy my racket, so I suppose I do play in public. Madness has arrived Maurice, see the pup post, OMG. Well done Ian, you've cracked the American Country scene. No mean feat. Will certainly let you know Norm, and thanks. They wont need hearing aids Roger, according to my son LOL. Dutch courage Richard, The mention of bottle helped. Thanks Pete, I'll try. Cheers Steve, Whisky and adrenaline, good mix. So, just have to keep practicing, no hardship. I am finding the notes flow much easier now. Best regards, Duncan.
