Experiences with Customer Service.

There won't be many that have not been 'disapointed' when seeking what suppliers call 'Customer Service'. So today it was great to see a Company who went out of there way to resolve a question i had after I bought a used strat 'looka like' with no trem arm. A simple question via their web site brought this responce. Although I am no wiser in locating one, I do feel Marshall should be applauded for their top class service. Here is the copy of their attempts made to locate the trem arm.

That`s a good effort - top marks.
Check what thread it is (metric / imperial, 5mm, 6mm etc) then go on the well known auction site, that`s how I got the trem arm for the CMI Strat I got at the auction.

I had a good response from Burns guitars on Saturday last, emailed them about a small problem I had with my new guitar, and within a hour they emailed me back and told me they would send some spare saddles.They arrived today. thats good service.
