This was made for me. I could hardly believe there was such a thing.
Could not wait for christmas. Opened the box and could not drag myself away for hours. The Apache patch was bang on being first on the list.
I love the wow and flutter of the old tape machine.
Magic has happened.
A truly magical moment.
I have known Shadows fans who have spent all their lives discussing and trying to get that echo just right.
I have hardly moved from the Apache patch. Tweeked the echo level up a millimeter or so just to perfect it.
I could have bought another echo unit and then spent the rest of my days trying to get that effect, so I am very glad indeed I bought this one.
