my unit arrived within 24h after ordering. Excellent service and terrific sounding. Tried it out and packed away for Christmas.

Very well made and looks great and love the ideas of the patches preprogrammed with the tune names. Will have a proper play after Christmas dinner.

Only minor issue is the power supply socket, which is a bit loose and sometimes need a waggle to connect, but will not need to be returned. Will think of a way of retaining the cable to take pressure off the plug.

thanks for all the development that has gone into it and for bedroom players like me a fantastic way of sounding half decent. Well worth the wait.

Hi Stan,
Glad to hear your unit has arrived and that you are pleased with it.
As for the power supply connector, the pin inside the socket on the unit is a split pin. If you have a very sharp knife like a Stanley knife you can probably prise the pin slightly apart. However you should not be having to do this yourself. If you contact support on or after the 4th Jan, they should be able to advise you further.
