Hello everybody,
some time ago I had trouble with the Power cable of the HCSE. I use it as stand-alone unit on the floor and at a gig someone pulled at the power cable and the output plug broke.
Charlie and Derek were very helpful and sent me a new power adaptor with a one piece connector (Thank you again).
But to avoid those kind of damage in future time, I made a strain relief of the power cable. I fixed a snap hook with a tie at the cable and stuck a clip with a metal ring near the socket of the HCSE.
Maybe this could be helpful for anyone of you who experiences similar problems.
